Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to get your Canadian-crafted apparel to you:

Standard Shipping:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Cost: $12.95 CAD

Free Shipping:

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Available for orders over $50 CAD

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Our Return Promise

We want you to love every jacket, sweater, and pair of pajamas as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For the quality and care of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Personalized items

Exceptions are made only if these items arrive defective.

How to Return or Exchange

Returning your FadHotSale items is as easy as slipping into your favorite fleece:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Edmonton-based team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your return in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your package to our fulfillment center (we’ll provide the address). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

  • Canada & U.S. Returns: A prepaid return label will be provided for defective or incorrect items
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item once we receive the original

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days to inspect your items
  • Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

Looking for a different size or color in our cozy loungewear or padded jackets?

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • We’ll notify you if your desired exchange item is out of stock
  • You may choose an alternative item or receive a refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Canadian-crafted sweater or jacket arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
