Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We cannot predict these charges and they are not included in your order total.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or personalized items unless defective.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:
